Need a few minutes to unwind with your little one? Or want time and a quiet place to visit with other parents? Join us in the Parent Place Calming Quarters where you can where you can sit and get away from all of the conference activities.
Hands and Voices - Ballroom B/C Stop by the Hands & Voices exhibit table and meet parents of children who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing from around the country!

Stroll the exhibit hall, enjoy some light fare and catch up with colleagues and friends at the reception.
PARENT PLACE RECEPTION
Room 304/305 (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Join us Sunday evening for a casual hangout. You'll have an opportunity to connect with old friends or meet new friends. We will have time to mix and mingle, socialize and enjoy a fun time together - led by parents for parents. There will be prize drawings throughout the evening. (Children are welcome to attend, and we will have a movie available for them to watch if interested.)

Grab your lunch and join us to learn from a panel of parents and students about the importance of positive childhood experiences for our children who are deaf or hard of hearing. What activities did they participate in? Why did they choose what they did? What are some successes and challenges? How did they develop grit, courage and self-confidence?
Purchase your lunch and head directly to Room 304/305. There will be time to visit with other families before the panel.
